By checking this box I acknowledge:

• Keeping Families Together 2026 will take place rain/shine or cancelled in the case of severe weather. Tickets are non-refundable.
• I recognize that my registration/ticket fee is considered a donation to Found House Interfaith Housing Network and is not refundable.  
• Waiver and Release: We, the Participant, Release and forever discharge and hold harmless Nonprofit and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the activities as a participant with the Nonprofit, including claims arising out of negligence. We understand and acknowledge that this Release Discharges Nonprofit from any liability or claim that we may have against Nonprofit with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the Participant’s involvement in the Nonprofit’s activities. 
• Photographic Release: We, the Participant, grant and convey to Nonprofit all right, title, and interest in any and all photographs, images, video or audio recordings of the Participant or his or her likeness or voice made by Nonprofit in connection with the Participant’s involvement in Nonprofit’s events, including but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings. 
• We, the Participants, will follow the dog play yard rules/regulations and my pet is up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is not of an aggressive nature, is not in heat and, to the best of my knowledge, is free from any contagious diseases or conditions that would make it a danger to any participant, spectator, or other individual. Without exception, I accept full financial responsibility for any damage(s) to persons or properties as a result of my pet’s actions at this event and hold harmless Found House IHN for any issues regarding my pet.
